Mr. Moran was the originator/creator of the Whip Inflation Now (WIN)concept that was adopted and used by the late President Gerald R. Ford. He actually gave the President two options to choose from, i.e., Stop Inflation Now (SIN) or WIN and of course he went with WIN. Mr. Moran has a very warm and sincere thank you letter for this contribution from the late President dated September 11, 1974. Mr. Moran is a retired senior federal accountant and Navy Chief Petty Officer. His education includes a ABA degree from Benjamin Franklin Univ.,1968; BBA from the University of Hawaii, 1971; and MBPA from Southeastern Univ.,1980.
